What an exceptional agent. Not only is Che professional, he's knowledgeable, friendly , and on the ball with what we were looking for. Between phone calls , texts , and emails , he was available anytime for us. Our place sold quickly as we had an offer in the first 6 hours of its listing . We used Che for our purchase as well. Che's listing of our unit had beautiful pictures and a write up that made me almost second guess selling (at one point, haha). His calm and no-pressure approach was so appreciated.
