My experience with Che Taylor has been nothing but positive. He sold my condo in 2 days. This is the 2nd home I have sold in 12 years and there is no comparison between realtors. Che kept me up to date with all aspects of this sale. If I needed anything, he returned my call immediately. He was highly recommended to me by my daughter. He also sold her condo very quickly. I would also highly recommend Che to anyone.

I would highly recommend Che to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is super friendly , easy to get ahold of , and very knowledgeable which really helps especially when it's your first time buying a home. We felt fully taken care of from start to finish and Che truly made the experience fun and enjoyable.

My Garsh this man is a slave!!! He works and works and POW!!!!! he is on the phone telling me he battled with 9 realtors and now has ZERO CONDITIONS, IMMEDIATE POSSESSION and 100% MY ASKING PRICE and then he gently asks me if I want him to try to get over asking price. I am so shocked by this Realtor people! He answers his phone every time in 1 ring, 24/7. OMG, I HAVE BIG RESPECT for this industry. They earn every penny. When does he sleep?
