I bought my first home with Che as my realtor, and I cannot recommend him enough. The property I bought was only on the market for 4 hours when I saw it and I live outside of Alberta, so I was not able to view it in person. I asked Che if he would be able to give me a virtual tour and only one hour later, he did just that! Che is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and provides lots of helpful feedback. He is a very honest realtor who cares lots about his clients' needs. I will absolutely use Che as my realtor again in the future!
