Che was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can not understate how dedicated he is to his clients, he is extremely prompt in his responses, regardless of the day or time. We really appreciated the honest feedback he gave us regarding the current market for both selling and buying our home. Che's negotiating skills and years of experience maximized the equity gained during the sale of our house. On the purchasing side he was able to get us into the home that we wanted despite an ultra competitive market. Thank you Che! Che went above and beyond with the sale of our house in Edmonton. He knows his job, very professional and very responsive. Always available to answer our questions. Never pushed us to reduce the price. We contacted him when we already moved to another province to sell our house and we did everything remotely.
