Che's listing of our unit had beautiful pictures and a write up that made me almost second guess selling (at one point, haha). His calm and no-pressure approach was so appreciated. He handled absolutely everything, was so professional, called with updates every week, and made us feel like whether the unit sold or not, we had definietly tried our best. Condo units were listed in our building several times but I think it had been years since the last sale? Our unit ended up selling for more than we were expecting. THANK YOU, Che!
