Great agent !!! Always answers calls and emails promptly. Easy to work with and was excellent at handling our estate sale for my uncle's property. We were out of province and needed someone with experience and Mr. Taylor was the right guy for the job.

Che was extremely responsive from the very beginning. When I first reached out, he got back to me within 30 minutes, introduced himself, and immediately added me to the collaboration. When we found a house we really liked that had just come on the market (less than 48 hours), I messaged Che around 8 PM to book an appointment for the next morning. He arranged everything right away. The very next day, we visited the home, and Che joined us to walk through the property, clearly explaining the pros and cons. Since we liked the house, we decided to put in an offer the same morning. Che quickly prepared all the paperwork and submitted it without delay. By that evening, the seller had accepted our offer, and within two weeks, the house was officially ours. From spotting the house online to having our offer accepted in just one day—it was all possible because of Che’s prompt responsiveness and dedication. We truly got our wonderful home because of him. I would recommend Che to anyone (and did in fact, he sold my moms place)… Before I found him by searching reviews on Google, I had a different realtor for three months, barely had any showings and they went one to two months without even contacting me… Once I started with Che, it was complete night and day, all of a sudden I was getting showing after showing, and whether I had a showing or not one week, he would still contact me just to keep in contact. Once I got an offer and then began the house buying process, he made it so smooth for me and was helping me through the entire thing, and he was available at any time I needed.
