Working with Cheryl was a pleasure. We were able to find our home by both us and her pushing it to the limit to get a final walkthrough even with 2 offers on it. Turned out it was foreclosure but she helped us out afterwards. Highly reccomend her.

After having two different agencies and agents try their best to sell our unique properties for a year each we decided to try giving Cheryl a go at it. In two years the properties had supposedly sold 5 times but fell through each time at the last minute. This would be Cheryl's first sale and we were as excited about it as she was.
