After having two different agencies and agents try their best to sell our unique properties for a year each we decided to try giving Cheryl a go at it. In two years the properties had supposedly sold 5 times but fell through each time at the last minute. This would be Cheryl's first sale and we were as excited about it as she was. She was very professional from the beginning and kept us informed on what she was doing and who was inquiring . In two months she managed to take it over the finish line making our dealings with her over in three short months. Even though she is finished with us she continues to offer her help in any way she can with relocating to a new home. We could not have wished for a more motivated ,caring agent and honored to be her first sale. Congratulations and thank you Cheryl
