We were shopping for a home during the pandemic and a very hot market where we had to act fast or miss out. Cheryl was very quick to respond whenever we had a question or wanted to view a property. She took the time to really get to know what we were looking for in a property and sent us listings as they came up. Thanks to her we only had to view a few properties before we found the one. The closing process was as painless as possible thanks to Cheryl and her team. We really didn't even have to think about anything, they were on the ball. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cheryl as an agent.

Cheryl was the most professional agent we have ever had. Not only was she well versed in the real estate market in her local area but Cheryl keep us well informed of the status of our sale on a weekly basis. Prior to putting our place up for sale, Cheryl provided us with a list of recommendations, which if implemented, would be beneficial in selling our home. Suffice to say, those recommendations proved very helpful in selling our home. We were very pleased with Cheryl. They provided detailed updates after each one and, in fact, our home sold as a result of one. A detailed update was verbally provided each time. At each decision point, pros and cons were provided with the ultimate decision left to us. They ensure confidentially and did not share any private information about us to any prospective buyers. Thirty days after the home was listed, we went to Florida for the winter and felt totally comfortable leaving the property in their hands. In fact, our home sold while in Florida and all the details were handled electronically . We have, and will, recommend Cecil and Cheryl as the best in the business.

Cheryl was extremely helpful and insightful in navigating us through our recent home sale, which also included coordinating the opportunity for us to return to a condo rental in DeWolfe Park in Bedford.
