Cheryl was recommended to us for the sale of our father’s estate property. As the executors of the estate we expected the sale to be a long and arduous process at best, however the sale turned out to be the less arduous of all. Cheryl quickly rallied around us to support our needs with the sale of the property. The property was located in a rural area of the province and long distance from our home, therefore Cheryl set up a coordinated effort with her colleague from the property’s local area who could lend expertise in the local market, and available to provide immediate access to the property for viewings. Given the sensitivity of dealing with the family estate sale, we highly respected Cheryl’s empathy, support, advice, and additionally the professional coordination with her colleague throughout the process. The family felt completely confident having Cheryl coordinating the real estate part of the estate business, and we were very satisfied with the results.
