I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Cheryl. Always professional, well prepared, on time or early and with a sharp eye for details. Cheryl Davie is all you could wish for in a real estate agent! Owning a condo in Vancouver, and deciding to sell it now that I live in the US... I went with Cheryl because she has snail mailed me constant market updates on sales in my building and that made me confidant that she was fully aware of my condo's value. I am so glad i went with Cheryl, her firm, and also her assistant Emily. I was always kept fully in the loop and they went above and beyond in preparing my long time rental, to show it at its very best. I received a full price offer within one day of their first open house.
