In the spring of 2023 my wife and I engaged Cheryl as a buyer's agent as we had to vacate our rental property after 23 years of tenancy. Being new to the market we were unsure as to what we wanted and Cheryl happily guided us through the process of determining out wants and needs then prioritizing them. We came to Vancouver Island from Ontario in September on vacation with the intent to only view real estate and make our move next year (2023).
