Don was more than pleased to have Cheryl Nelson as the real estate agent in the sale of his sister's home in Cobble Hill; Don was the executor for his sister's estate. Cheryl was simply the best! Her professional, non-judgmental, informed nature was more than appreciated - when dealing at times with multiple upset beneficiaries. Cheryl did more than yeoman's service in getting the home ready for sale. The home was not clean and had not been well maintained. Cheryl went way beyond the expectations required from an agent. At all times Don was kept in the loop as to changing market trends, values of comparable properties, and a fair value for the home. We came to Vancouver Island from Ontario in September on vacation with the intent to only view real estate and make our move next year (2023). My husband and I had set up a few showings with Cheryl, one of them was in Comox, which is the one we purchased. Cheryl was a perfect fit for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best place suited for us as well as price. Cherly was in constant contact with us even thou we lived in Ontario. She kept us calm when things got crazy and was just as excited as us when everything was complete. We consider Cheryl a friend not just a real estate agent.

We were working to meet a very tight timeline where Cheryl really made us feel like a priority, helping us move as quickly as possible through the various stages where she provided advice, recommendations, and a strong voice for us through our negotiations. She really put in extra effort going beyond her duties to help with some of our more unique challenges we were navigating and alleviate some of the stresses involved. She cheerfully provided all that she could offer, helping guide us through each step of the way through to transitioning onto the new property and insuring we were happily settled in.
