We just purchased our condo and we are extremely pleased with how easy the process was. As first time home buyers, the housing market can be very intimidating but Chelsea helped us out throughout the whole process without any worries. She was always professional, quick responding and considerate to our wants and needs. We loved working with her and highly recommend her to anyone!

Chelsea was nothing short of awesome. As first time homebuyers we were nervous, anxious, exited, eager and every other emotion you can name; Chelsea understood the emotions of first time buyers and did a great job of not letting us get overexcited or discouraged at the appropriate times. She was very patient with the numerous questions we always had for her, and whenever we reached out to her she replied within minutes and was able make the time to set up meetings/calls very quickly to discuss our needs. It's clear that Chelsea knows the Ottawa market very well, and she has the maturity and self-awareness to reach out to more experienced members of her team and network to look for answers if she doesn't know something.
