Chelsea was very professional all while keeping our needs in mind. She made sure me and my partner’s needs were met and was honest throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, she made the entire thing enjoyable and as stress free as it could be!

Where to start? My girlfriend and I recently purchased a house in Orleans. Being first time homebuyers, the process was exciting but nerve-racking. We had an agent prior to meeting Chelsea and the difference was night and day!! For 6 months prior to purchasing our new home, we felt like we were in a rut. Being rejected and never truly knowing what more we could do...then came Chelsea!! From day 1, Chelsea was attentive, efficient and made a complex subject very simple to understand. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. She knew the area like the back of her hand and gave us a new sense of excitement we hadn't felt in a while. She understood the psychological aspect of the real-estate market - i.e. had us film a quick video for the seller, which worked extremely well. She gave fair and honest opinions, she had the information to every questions we had, and when she didn't, she would provide us with answers the moment she had them. All to say, that with Chelsea, we found our dream home within 72hrs!!! She was diligent and assertive and protected our interest all while making sure we felt comfortable every step of the process. ' This was our first home but I can guarantee that if we ever purchase another house or sell our house, or we know someone who is selling/buying, we would recommend Chelsea 10 time out of 10. She was perfect and we cannot thank her enough for her work. She took the time to develop a friendship with us, she did not simply see us as client and I do not believe that such a statement could be said about all the other agents in the Ottawa region. We are still speechless and will never forget this chapter of our lives. We got everything we wanted and more! This was all possible because of Chelsea!!
