Excellent to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. Quick to reply to questions and worked efficiently to maximize time, allowed me to get a good sense for each neighborhood I was interested in and to form my own opinions. Also has an lovely assistant who made the best coffee I've ever had, and I don't even like coffee.

As someone that was stressed about getting into this confusing market for the first time, Charles was able to calmly help me through the entire process. He was great to work with, and quick to respond to my questions and messages. He didn't pressure me into anything and allowed me to go through the listings and get familiar with the market at my own pace until I found my perfect home.
