As newcomers to Vancouver, he helped us go through the different types of homes and explore various neighborhoods for us to understand our needs better. Charles was very proactive at keeping in touch with the seller’s realtors before offer submission and following up with the realtors when offers were rejected. Charles gave pretty accurate estimates on how much the offer should be; there were times that the selling price was very close to his suggested figures. He always acted on my (buyer’s) best interest.

Charles helped me Andy family to find the perfect home with his professional experience. We had effective communication and we’re satisfied with the deal. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a reliable agent.
