<p>I have used Charles since he 1st started working as an agent in Ottawa 15+ years ago. I have bought and sold several properties through Charles. The 1st property I bought with Charles was an investment property. I purchased this property during a period when the market was quickly increasing in value and housing sales were in constant bidding wars. I was able to secure a property in a prime location for a rental and because of how we structured our offer to the seller, based on Charles' experience we were able to win the property in a bidding war and below asking price even though we were not the highest bidder. 2.5 years later I was able to again sell that property through Charles with a 35% increase in value.<br /> 8 years ago I was looking for a house for my growing family. After several long days of looking at properties and finding nothing suitable or within a reasonable price for the market, I was tired of looking and wanted to stop for the day even though Charles had 1 more property to view and he urged me to just take the time to look at this one last property. Boy am I happy I took Charles' advise and went to see that property. It was listed as a power of sale and I was unsure of how those types of purchases worked. With his knowledge of the market and all aspects of real estate, I ended up purchasing that property for far less than I thought possible. Charles was able to set me up with a lawyer very familiar with power of sale properties and ensured the transaction was very smooth. He also put me in contact with a mortgage broker who changed my mind on how a house should be financed based on my needs at the time. When I took possession of that property I instantly put 35 to 40 thousand dollars in equity into my pocket. Charles' 1st priority is his customers and their needs. He goes above and beyond what I would expect from any agent and his experience will ensure your best interests are taken care of and nobody will be able to take advantage of you. You will always be the winner in a deal done with Charles. I could not recommend him more highly.</p>
