Charlie helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home in January 2023. Within hours of contacting Charlie he had set up showings a couple days later of homes we were interested in looking at. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search. We had provided him with what we were looking for and he provided options and advice when requested. Charlie ensured that we were comfortable throughout the entire process and we always felt like we could go to him for anything. I met a lot of realtors, but I like that Charles is never blowing hot air, he always has great advice so make sure your listening. I can honestly say that I belive he was looking out for my interests and what would be the best house for me. He's got a lot of great contacts and knows the game really well.
