Chantelle worked with us over the course of about a year as we planned our move from Red Deer to Calgary. Over that time, she was very patient and diligent and always made time to show us houses as they came up. She really got to know what we were looking for and made sure we knew about listings as soon as they came up. She previously helped us sell a house in Calgary and made the process smooth and painless. There was an issue with the seller on closing and Chantelle made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. She is a great agent and a strong advocate for her clients. And the one time she was away, she made sure her colleague Beth Irving was up to speed and ready to help us with anything that came up. Chantelle is an excellent Realtor who I cannot say enough good things about!

Chantelle went above and beyond when we listed our mother’s condo. We knew the unit would be difficult to sell as it had a walk in tub that would limit the type of buyer. Chantelle walked us through our options and helped us find a contractor who helped update the tub. She kept us informed as other condos in the complex sold and provided a lot of information on comparables and helped us list at the best price. She was thorough and helped our aging mom understand the process and e-signatures and even helped get the exterior lockbox set up for all realtors. She was always available to answer questions and I would definitely use her services again! She has helped myself, my mom, and my brother on multiple occasions and we are so grateful to everything she did.
