We were first home buyers and she knew what we were looking for before we even fully knew! She found our perfect home very quickly. She was so knowledgeable, prompt, and responsive in every step of the process. She was incredibly proactive and so attentive to detail - she discovered some potential issues with a property that no one else even thought of. She made the process fun and especially if you are a first time buyer or seller, you will so appreciate her experience and ability to explain everything so clearly. We were moving from out of province and had just a few days to find a house. Chantelle understood the assignment. She listened to what we wanted and had a list of homes to see the same day we signed with her! She has a great eye for details, was honest and when something wasnt right she told us to walk away, not try and push a sale. She was there for us when we couldn't physically be here.
