As first-time home buyers, we went into this process pretty nervous and unsure about how everything worked, but Chad made the entire experience feel so much easier than we expected. He was always patient with our questions, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. With every house visit, Chad’s knowledge was invaluable. He took the time to really walk through each property with us, helping us think through the pros, the cons, and everything in between so we could make a truly informed decision. That level of care and guidance made a huge difference for us.
 Chad’s experience made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Buying your first home is a big deal, and we’re really grateful we had Chad in our corner the whole way through. We seriously could not recommend him more.

We can't say enough about Chad Clost. The entire experience with him from start to finish was seamless, relaxed, professional and caring. We were never in doubt that we and our home were his first priority. He was reliable ( showed up or called when promised), responsible ( locked house, turned off lights after other realtors left them on) and communicated with us regularly and as needed.
