Celina is an absolutely excellent realtor that I would heartily recommend to any friend or family member! We were house hunting for about a year so we looked at many houses together and she did a tremendous job of figuring out what it was we were really looking for, and helping/guiding us into a purchase that we are super happy with. Because of her diverse experience in the real estate industry (she was in appraisals before she was an agent), she is able to view homes with a critical eye. She can tell you how many years are left on the furnace/roof/hot-water tank/windows/etc. and what it would cost take to replace each one, to switch out the laminate for hardwood, to reno the bathroom, or to add a garage. I thought her knowledge of all of this was invaluable when looking at a mix of new-builds and fixer-uppers and trying to compare the relative costs. I also appreciated Celina's professionalism. She was always conscious of our budget and never pressured us into spending more than we could. She knew when to ask 'but is this what you really want' or 'are you really willing to compromise on that'. And, she is a lovely person that I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with.

Celina is a fantastic agent. She is very knowledgeable and unlike any other agent we’ve ever worked with. Her communication is excellent and she takes time to work through the process, making sure you understand each step. Whether you’re a first time home buyer/seller or have had many real estate transactions in the past, Celina is a great agent to choose. She works hard and doesn’t just get the job done but consistently exceeds expectations. You can’t ask for more out of a real estate agent. Massive kudos on a job well done.

I have dealt with a few real estate agents in my time and found Celina to be outstanding. She was always available, helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. At the same time, she gave a personal touch to everything she did. Her advice was always thoughtful and spot on. I had complete confidence in her abilities and always felt she was treating the house sale as if it were her own house. I felt she always had my best interests at heart. She's an excellent negotiator and helped navigate me through a few complex situations. I would use her services again and would highly recommend her to others.

Celina was very patient with our requests/decisions. She updated us constantly on what was happening with the transactions, even when we were traveling. When the sell required more than the usual negotiations, she handled them completely in a very professional manner always having our best interests at heart. When viewing new locations, she pointed out things that we would have missed. Would recommend her without hesitation to anyone considering buying or selling their property.
