Cec was fantastic in helping us navigate the sale of our mother's condo. This was actually the second time Cec has helped us out. Many years ago, when we bought our first forever home, and now after the passing of my mother. She is professional and knows her stuff. From someone who has had very little real estate dealings, she made me feel very comfortable, answering all my questions (which were many).
