The Silbernagel Team are very knowledgeable of the real estate market. They are professional and great negotiators! We had a lot going on all at once and they were with us every step of the way! They had our backs and we trusted them with each part of the process. They connected us with contractors who could help get our house ready to list in a short period of time. They guided us smoothly through the transactions of purchasing our new home and the selling of our current home. We are so grateful to these fine people and we would love to work with them again should the need arise, but we hope that need never arises … they helped us find our dream home and we had a lot of fun along the way!

Cec was fantastic in helping us navigate the sale of our mother's condo. This was actually the second time Cec has helped us out.
