We bought while we were in California. We had no choice but to trust Cathy and she was up to the task. Cathy went well above and beyond the regular duties of an agent. Always friendly and funny she was knowledgable about the property and suggested great craftsman to help when we got here. I could provide a long list of extra help Cathy provided us but I don't think there's enough room for that. Definitely one of the best agents we've ever worked with and just a really nice lady.
