Cathy was an amazing agent in our search for a new home. She knew the market in the areas we searched so well (even though presented asking prices could vary significantly, she could tell us the real value of the home with incredible accuracy in helping to guide us to the best choices for bids and negotiations). She treated us like family and guided us with skill and compassion through what might otherwise have been a very stressful experience - she made it a fun one for us! She was tireless in her supports and efforts, unparalleled in her knowledge of the market, and supremely skilled in negotiating the best price for value. We absolutely love our new home and would never have been able to acquire it without Cathy's aid. I cannot recommend her enough. Amazing agent!
