I consider myself very lucky to have been introduced to Cathy. Cathy was my guiding force as she helped me navigate the real estate market. Cathy was always able to make herself available to answer any questions or provide very sound advice when needed. When the whole process was becoming too overwhelming, Cathy "took off her realtor hat" and calmed my nerves and gave me her honest opinion as to what she thought would be my best course of action. Fast forward to finding my dream home. Cathy went above and beyond to ensure that my offer was ready to go at the appointed hour and that it stood out among all offers. Cathy was just as excited as I was when we found out that my offer was accepted! She made this whole process easy and enjoyable.
