We had an amazing experience working with Catherine. She helped us lease our last condo and guided us through the process of looking for a home. Catherine was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and answered all of our questions and often pointing out things we hadn’t even considered. She truly went above and beyond for us. What stood out the most was how calm, patient, and never pushy she was. Her professionalism and steady guidance made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We’re so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

We met Catherine at one of her open houses, and felt immediately comfortable with her…. This is not how I normally feel on being approached by an agent at an open house. Her manner was genuine rather than aggressive and scripted. She is personable, strategic, a good listener, and had an eye to the market daily. We received regular updates by text, and she was available within a day if we requested a phone meeting for clarity on any part of the process. Between late 2024 and June of 2025, she helped us find our dream condo, at a great price. She then was able to secure an acceptable sale price for our townhouse, in a market that was swiftly dropping. The final piece of the puzzle was finding us an amazing AAA tenant for our additional downtown property. 100% recommend.

As someone who is easily overwhelmed when apartment hunting, I found Catherine to be straightforward, professional, friendly, and very clear at communicating throughout the entire process. She took into account my long list of needs and wants and somehow found a number of great places within my price range. Since there can be a lot of competition among applicants, she helped me get prepared with all of the files and information I would need ahead of time, so when it came time to apply, I was able to do so quickly and with confidence. She also had great insight into the neighbourhoods and clearly did her research on the buildings and areas in advance of our viewings. The best experience.
