I met Catherine through church and wanted to support her by asking her to sell our home. What transpired was beyond my expectations. She was willing to come and do an assessment on our home. She did the market study for similar homes being sold in the area and advised us on what the potential sale of the house would be. She was patient, kind and listened to our needs and was attentive to our questions and gave valid feed back that was truly appreciated. There was no pressure on us to make her our realtor. In the core of Catherine's realtor job there is genuine care and love shown to your home that she stages both online and in person to make your home look inviting and welcoming. She has a keen eye for detail and interior design. When it comes to the sale of the house and the legal papers that needed to be signed, Catherine was patient and went over each document explaining anything we did not understand or required further clarification on. Catherine is truly exceptional in what she does and her passion for it speaks for itself. I am truly glad I took the chance to go with her for the sale of our home. I would hands down recommend Catherine a as a realtor to my friends and family for the very fact that it's not about the money for her but a need that she is passionate to fulfill. When we ran into small issues she had a great support team that assisted her in fixing those issues including cleaning the house at a very reasonable rate. Hiring Catherines comes with lots of perks where in things like small fixes and cleanup was all handled by her. She does not need too much input and goes and does it herself and keeps us informed. I would recome talking to Catherine to truly understand and know what perks she offers that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction.
