Saying goodbye to the house we brought our babies home to will not be easy. Luckily, the entire process of selling was VERY easy thanks to Carson and his amazing team. We bought a new home with Carson and his experience in the industry made the process so much easier. Carson was able to indicate the differences between the new home builds that a buyer wouldn't necessarily know. For example: differences between slide and crank windows and the benefits of having one vs the other. He even came to the new home inspection with us to assist in identifying deficiencies. He has a sharp eye and helped us get as many items dealt with in the first visit. We would definitely recommend him and his sales team.
