He is very quick in his communications and seems to have relentless energy.</p> <p>One factor that impressed me in particular was his use of the latest document management software. He can write up an offer or modify an existing offer and send it to your mobile device for your signature, very slick.</p> <p>He is also a bold negotiator and I'm convinced he saved us thousands on our purchase due to his deft handling of negotiations.
