This was my first property purchased and my experience was 10/10. Carrie was super knowledgeable about the market and very open and honest about what was available in my price range. She has a great attitude and personality, making it a pleasure to work with her. I would not change anything about this experience.

Carrie is a down to earth, hard working and knowledgeable agent. She was invaluable during my purchase experience of an assignment sale. Assignment sales are not a typical negotiation, and they take a certain understanding of the fine print, use of conditions and know how.
