I recently worked with Carolyn to buy a home when I was relocating from BC to AB. This was my first house purchase and it had to be done entirely remotely due to the distance and not wanting to travel during COVID. Carolyn was extremely helpful, explained the process well and put me in touch with all the experts I needed to do a purchase remotely.
