This spring we decided to sell our house to move to a different location to live.
Since we didn't know anything about selling or buying a house, we thought it would be better for us to find the right realtor. We picked Carolyn Knispel's name from the Christian directory, "Shepherd's Guide." Carolyn was very friendly from the beginning and easy to talk to. Within a couple of meetings, we were very impressed with her wide knowledge of home improvement. She gave us suggestions to make our house more attractive for the buyers. She also gave us a few referrals from financial assistance to painter. We rearranged the furniture and did a little cosmetic change to our house to look fresher. Right after we listed our house we received a couple of offers right away and then the house was sold soon after.
While we were preparing our house for the market, we let Carolyn know what type of house we would like to buy in which area. She e-mailed us the listing of the new houses in the area whenever they come up on the market. We also looked at the homes on the MLS website and asked her to show us the place. After viewing a number of houses in almost 5 different communities, we came to a place that we felt was what we were looking for. Until we signed the sales document, Carolyn took us to view the houses on the market for not getting regretted. Carolyn was always ready to answer questions about realty. Whenever we asked her by e-mail or phone, she always gave us a reply even with her busy schedule.
We are very happy that we have asked Carolyn to sell and buy our house. We would like to recommend her to our friends and family who are thinking about selling or buying their house in a future.
