She knows her stuff and did a fabulous job prepping the house (we are the sellers), particularly in the garden and in arrranging furniture (we were absent almost all the time). She was professional yet tough, just what you want on your side. If I had a complaint it is that she recommended we settle for a lower price than we ultimately landed at, but she did not question or push us when we made that call.
