Carmen was wonderful, an excellent agent, understood our needs and knocked it out of the park!! Our story is this, we decided to move from Ontario to British Columbia to be closer to our boys. We provided Carmen with some perimeters and from the very first listings she sent us we knew she understood our needs and wants. She was very accommodating in doing virtual walk throughs of homes we wanted to have a closer look at. We appreciated the details that she would show us both good and bad that we may not have seen unless she pointed it out. She answered countless text and email messages even though we were in a different time zone…..and still does after two weeks of owning our home. Carmen provided a wealth of knowledge and information on Strata’s (which we were unfamiliar with) and connected us with very knowledgeable professionals such as inspectors, lawyers and other services. Carmen made us feel comfortable buying a home virtually(yes that is right) we could not make it into town to see the home in person but with her knowledge, experience, and understanding of what we were looking for we bought the home in BC. I can’t thank her enough for the time she spent to make this new adventure of ours begin! Thanks Carmen!!
