This was our third time buying a house but our first time working with Carly, and she blew every other experience out of the water. Not only is she communicative, always on the ball and one step ahead, but she really thinks of everything and did everything in her power to make our experience better. We truly cannot thank her enough for how hard she worked to help us buy our home! She’s definitely the realtor you want on your team and we will be sending all our friends and family her way!

Carly was excellent! Super aware of the neighbourhoods and very knowledgeable with the more rural areas we were looking at. So helpful from the beginning to end especially with all the inspections.

A real pleasure to deal with Met her at an open house in Cedar, BC and asked if she would be willing to show us some properties in the Regional District of Nanaimo and made clear to her we were just interested in what was available and curious and not buying at the time. She did not hesitate to show us the areas and types of properties we were looking for in the future Fast forward six months and we were ready to purchase in the region and she set up viewings from one end of Nanaimo to the other We were able to find the property we were looking for thanks to her hard work. All through the process she was incredible. Answering all of our questions in a timely manner and arranging everything from inspections to visiting The Regional District Of Nanaimo Office to find out any relevant information related to our newly purchased property.
