<p>I have purchased several homes since coming to Canada in 1997, and have to say that working with Carlo Giusto has been a great experience. Like many people I have a little bit of distrust when it comes to realtors and car salesmen... but this has not been my experience when purchasing a home with Carlo's representation. Carlo proved to be a genuine, down to earth guy, not flashy or reeking of cologne.. and best of all ... not pushy!! I found him to be considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. Carlo returned my calls promptly, listened well to my concerns and what I wanted, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Even though he had a death in the family during my purchase, he made sure that I was fully supported during a difficult time for him. I will definitely use him again. Many thanks Carlo!</p>

He made sure we understood everything going on and walked us through the process. If we ever move again Carlo will be the first person we call. He always returned my calls/emails promptly, he encouraged us to look at different areas of town so we had a good idea of the market before we made our final choice. He was always on time for our viewings and lined them up as soon as possible as there was a price war going on at that time. He never let us over bid on a house. We learned a lot from Carlo and will use him again in the near future when we purchase another home.</p>

He arrived on time for our initial chat regarding selling my home!<br /> Once I signed the agreement to have him negotiate the sale he wasted no time in using all of the advertising available to him, photos done quickly, and also he hosted, very quickly, open houses!<br /> He kept me up to date what number of people attended, comments that were made, negative and positive!<br /> I was always given a reasonable amount of time to prepare for showings!<br /> On the funny side of things, as having your home listed is not without a certain amount of stress, Carlo even talked me "off the ledge"!<br /> Would I recommend him for listing or buying a home!<br /> Yes and yes!<br /> When I return and need a realtor, Carlo will be the first one I call!</p>
