<p>Carlo is very thorough and wants you to find your perfect home. There were a few times that I might have went further with a home and he was very helpful because he wanted me to have all the tools and info about the house, neighbourhood and permits etc. before making a choice. I'm so happy for that because there were things I was unaware of and would have been regretting my purchase further down the road if I hadn't had all this info! Even with high standards we were still able to find a great house quite quickly in this difficult market. He suggested a couple areas I hadn't considered and the one was where I ended up finding the perfect place! I am so happy with my first home purchase!!</p>

The amount of time he spent deeply understanding the market and my neighbourhood were undoubtedly big reasons why he was able to sell my home so quickly. Since I was travelling during the time that all the offers and the eventual sale happened, it should have been very stressful, however he made the entire process a relief and worth celebrating.</p>
