Caralee was an amazing, patient, straightforward, kind, and professional realtor. She assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our first home. Due to circumstances, we needed to find a home and purchase one within a very limited timeframe. She immediately dove in and booked us showings and we bought our house that same day! She provided extensive knowledge about the neighbourhoods we viewed, including safety, and the homes themselves. Caralee also answered all questions in a timely manner, and sought answers to questions she was unsure of, while also communicating effectively with us and our broker and lawyer. During the entire process, she always guided us and explained each step clearly. She always explained potential outcomes for each decision along the way. We never felt unsure or confused. We will be using Caralee for all future real estate endeavors!
