Thank you to Camellia and Arian for helping us find a great home! It took some time for us to find the right match but it was a worthwhile learning process - the timing was just right and possible because our agents were watching for the type of house we wanted!

My experience with Camellia was nothing short of positive. It was my third time purchasing and selling with her. She knew what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to find the perfect match. She researched different neighborhood matching the characteristics I liked and my budget. She would inform me about the availability on the market, which houses were potential match and which ones were not. She would only schedule the ones that matched my criteria. She has an eye for possible problems and potential for improvements on the house, and is very honest to mention them. When it came to closing and putting an offer, she did her analysis on the area and recent sales. After which she discussed and advised what she thought was reasonable offer to put on the house. I trusted her completely and decided to go with the offer price she suggested. Needless to say, I got the house I was looking for and am very happy with my purchase. Throughout the process, I felt well informed and could trust her expertise and judgment.

I really enjoyed working with this team, they are very responsible of what they are doing, provide detailed analysis of the the properties and much more. I would strongly recommend to have Camelia as your real-estate agent.
