Cam Bird was very professional with the sale of our condo. He was very knowledgeable and up to date with the current real estate market in Saskatoon. He was very prompt in returning phone calls. Once an offer was made, Cam worked hard at negotiating a price that worked for both parties. We sold our condo in less than 4 months thanks to Cam.
