Cam was referred to us by a close friend when we wanted to buy a condo in Saskatoon. We sent Cam a list of 10 things we wanted in a condo. He immediately sent us emails of certain condos to look at. Then we picked one that met our needs and he immediately organized a view of the property. He also advised us of a real estate lawyer, which he was very thorough with documentation of pros and cons of buying a condo. Also, upon request, Cam found a very knowledgeable condo inspector with a ultra violet camera who gave us a detailed document of the inspection. The camera detected two invisible errors which had to be corrected before purchasing. If you were selling or buying we would highly recommend using Cam as a Realtor.
