<p><br /> I have been working with Calvin Hexter for the last few years and have had a great experience! I have worked with a lot of realtors over the years and he is one of the best! He has listed a couple of my properties and I have purchased a few properties with him. He goes above and beyond on each deal, making suggestions to increase the sale probability and sending me listings that I would be interested in immediately when they hit the market. He communicates quickly and efficiently. He understands what I am looking for which means a lot to me!</p>

Buying my first rental property with Calvin Hexter with mogul realty, was great! Buying my first one I was a little nervous, but Calvin made every effort to help with reviewing the numbers, helping arrange inspections and everything I needed to pull the trigger.
