<p>We found that Calvin kept us aware and informed about all appointments that were being requested by many different realtors and their clients. We were given enough time to prepare for their visits and we were satisfied that even though these viewings were being booked during the Christmas period he was respectful and tried to be accommodating to us and prospective buyers. While negotiations were ongoing he offered good advice on how to proceed so that the best offer would be obtainable. He definitely exceeded our expectations for promptness to calls for advice and was always very courteous and professional. Despite a low marketing value period with high inventory, our house sold in a very short time for which we were grateful.</p>
