<p>Have known Bryon for more than 2 years and I can definitely tell that he is a true EXPERT! I was very impressed with his professionalism, his attention to details and his customer orientation. Not only he generated offer on our condo in less than a DAY 2 years ago, but also sold our townhouse this March in less than 2 weeks despite the economical downturn.</p> <p>I really enjoyed working with him and Howard Team as he and his team were always available when I needed him!</p> <p>Recommended him to all my friends!</p>

<p>Bryon is aggressive enough to sell and at the same time, he is a really nice and friendly family guy. He saw the potential of my condo, the den that could be counted as a 3rd room, when others thought that the fact that I have a surface parking instead of underground lowers the value of my property. He knocks on neighbours' doors to see who is thinking about buying, and in fact, the buyer is renting in my building. His wife and assistant, Jamie, were very helpful. I am a non-conformist and Jamie had to deal with that, she was patient and answered my questions. I did not want to give an extra penny to the condo mgmt co. for papers that the buyer should have access to. I was also trying to sell on my own. I had a nice add on kijiji with 10 beautiful pictures, buy a few potential buyers came to see the condo and others offered ridiculous amounts for it. Not only I would have not made any money but I would have lost. I saw that the prices kept going down, even below 200,000$, but Bryon managed to sell my condo at 205,000$. Thank God I am free from the abusive condo management company, the board of directors and their lawyers, and I can invest in Mexico.</p>

They were able to sell our house in a difficult and stressful market within the first few showings. They also help us to find our new house and accommodated our crazy schedule. Within a few months, Bryon helped negotiate an acceptable offer on our property; he also helped us find a new home that accepted our baby, at an incredible price, within a very short time frame. Overall, we were very happy with Bryon and his team!</p>
