My mom and I planned on moving a year or two before we had actually moved. I remember my mom saying she was looking for the right agent to sell our previous home. Bryan knocked on our door, such a humble and down to earth guy. That same year we saw one house and decided not to sell yet. A year later with numerous agents leaving flyers at our door, my mom called Bryan. He quickly got the process going, step by step explaining everything to my mom and I. He gave us his best advice as it was our first time selling a house. Bryan was extremely patient showing my family numerous houses, we were very determined to live close to relatives. Bryan called each house on the street to ask if anyone was thinking of selling just for us. His determination got us a house on the street we wanted. This experience taught us a lot, If we ever decide to move in the future Bryan definitely will be our first choice hands down!
