If your looking for an agent with expertise and experience then Bryan is definitely the realtor you want. He is prompt with returning messages or calling. He works diligently to find you what you want. He found us our forever home outside of Brampton. We had him driving everywhere outside of Brampton. He's amazing!!! Don't settle for any realtor, you want someone who knows the business and has experience. Bryan Channa is that man!!!

Bryan came door to door canvassing years before we sold our home with him. We exchange info because we did eventually plan on selling, but family circumstances changed. Bryan continued to check in, congratulating me when my twins were born, check in, and even went out of his ways to call around their birthdays and the holidays with well wishes. He was BEYOND personable, so the obvious choice when we sold and bought, was to call Bryan Chana, despite us having friends who are realtors. He was very forward from the beginning with expected pricing/sell factors/etc. he got us into a beautiful home, and we couldn’t be happier. We are beyond thankful for his hard work, dedication, patience, and flexibility around our 3 kids schedules! We had the Most phenomenal experience!
