<p>The experience with Bruce was great. We were in a unique situation regarding moving to Kelowna and when he was notified on short notice that we were coming up from Vancouver to check out houses, he had many lined up to check out and when we informed him that we wished to stay an extra day, he quickly lined up more properties to check out which ended up with us finding the perfect house. He was very professional in his dealings with us as well as making us feel welcome. I consider Bruce to be a friend and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to move here or just changing residences.</p>

<p>I actually informally met Bruce Dougall in a Facebook Group that involved an outdoor hobby we both enjoy. I was undecided about relocating from Alberta to Kelowna BC at the time but was aware that he was a Real Estate Agent. When my wife and I had made our decision I contacted Bruce because he was located where we were heading. Bruce was informative about the area and initially only offered me information as I asked for it which I really liked. He was not at all pushy and he came across knowledgeable and casual but attentive once asked something. As things worked out I needed to move before my wife and young daughter could come due to my employment. Bruce not only helped us with our home search but he went over and above and assisted me with finding an excellent rental. Once my wife and daughter arrived we began to look for a home. Bruce knew our needs from many discussions we had and he went about sending out numerous home options and educating us about pro's and con's. He made it clear that it may take some time to find what we need and encouraged us to be patient and that he would help us learn more as we saw each home. Sure enough that is how it worked out. At times he even would even suggest why a certain home may not be in our best interest and when he did so, my confidence in him was inspired even more. Such enabled my wife and I be more educated and confident as we investigated the options Bruce sent us.</p> <p>To conclude, my wife and I ended up with a home we love, in an area we love for the price point we were looking within. I have never sold a home through Bruce but we would in a second if the time comes. As for being a buyer, our experience with Bruce was top rate. We felt that we were not only in the hands of an experienced professional but also cared for and considering we knew very little about our new city and the market here I cannot state enough how good it felt to know we were in hands that actually cared about us as people....it was not just about the sale.</p> <p>Great experience and even better person.
