We worked with Bruce on the purchase of our new home. This was quite a lengthy process as we were pretty particular about what we wanted... we viewed many, many homes. Through this entire process, Bruce remained patient and understanding, constantly updating us with potential properties. When we did find the home a home we loved, Bruce was instrumental in securing us a great deal through smart negotiation. I would definitely use Bruce as an agent again and would highly recommend him to anyone buying/selling their home.

Bruce came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgable about our neighbour hood house market and provided a listing strategy to maximize our sale.
