It was a pleasant experience with Bruce. He is very genuine and was extremely patient with me. He guided me until I found the right house. I still have his card because when I look for my next house I will definitely be going with him.

<p>Mr. Bell is OUTSTANDING!<br /> Bruce is very trustworthy and has your best interests at heart<br /> Unfortunately, I can not say the same thing about the other agent who we were to learn the hard way was unscrupulous and lacked morales.<br /> Bruce was with us every step of the way from beginning to the end which stretches out longer than we expected and to what was legally negotiated and signed off.<br /> Bruce never wavered and he helped us thru the troublesome times we were to encounter.<br /> Bruce is so knowledgeable about the market so when he advised to when to list our home, we followed his lead.<br /> Our home had multiple offers in the first 24hours.<br /> The brochure and video Bruce had done of our home was terrific, it represented our home truthfully and as well it did not embellish our home in any manor.<br /> My lovely wife and I built our home and we spent a little over 31 years in it, it also was the only home that my daughter ever knew.<br /> Bruce always kept that in focus and he never pressured us in any way.<br /> Bruce took the time to explain each offer, providing & con's and then supported our decision.<br /> In hindsight, if we knew what was to come we would have excepted another offer even if it was less.<br /> Oh well, live and learn.<br /> We have seen what "OUTSTANDING" truly means and we were fortunate to have Bruce in our corner.<br /> Unfortunately, I can not nor will I ever be able to say that about the other agent involved in our house sale.<br /> If you are ever looking for a reputable agent, trustworthy agent and someone who want to consider as family the please call Bruce.<br /> I will go on record now that Bruce can always put anyone who wants to consider him to call us directly if you want to hear our home sale experience, that is how much we admire Bruce.</p>

Bruce is a very reliable, truthful, and respectful realtor. He is always available to answer questions and help in any way. He provides useful information and reasonable comparable prices when needed to buy or sell a property. Bruce always treats his clients with respect and is very patient too. I highly recommend him as a realtor.

Bruce was referred to me by a friend I worked with. I have used him twice now when buying houses and as long as he’s still a realtor then he will have my business and that of my family’s. Bruce is patient, professional and a pleasure to work with during what is always a very stressful time for anyone hoping to buy. No question is to silly and he goes above and beyond to be helpful as well as flexible. I’ve rated him 5 stars all the way because that is the service that he provides.
