As a first time homeowner, Bruce from the get go made the experience so easy. Very knowledge in what was happening within the market. He took the time to explain and gave solid advice on what we needed to look out for. He listened to what we needed and delivered. He was very patient throughout the whole process and we didn’t feel rush to make a decision. I say the ease of experience from start to finish was a great way to get into the market. Bruce helped me and my partner buy our first home! Not once did we ever feel pressured or rushed - if anything, he was an agent that wasnt rushing us to buy when people were competing to get into the market.
